Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

At Fantasy Aroma, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products and want every customer to be happy with their order.

Returns

We accept returns on wax melts and candles only if the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on personalised or customised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Window

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return or replacement.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In their original packaging

  • In the condition shown/described when contacting us

  • With proof of purchase where possible

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs initially.

Once the returned item has arrived back with us and has been checked, return postage costs will be reimbursed if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, we may instead offer a replacement product where appropriate.
